The Production Supervisor oversees the production team and ensures manufacturing processes are efficient, safe, and produce high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive manufacturing and a proven track record of managing production teams.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise production teams and ensure that production targets are met
• Develop and maintain production schedules
• Implement and monitor production processes to ensure they are efficient, safe, and produce high-quality products
• Continuously improve production processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
• Train and develop production team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure that materials are available when needed
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that production processes are aligned with overall company goals
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing
Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control techniques
Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives
