Position Summary: To lead the implementation of TS16949, TS, Q1, MSA, GPDS, and CQI requirements, and to deploy an effective internal auditing system focused to measure and improve process effectiveness.
- Must have automotive manufacturing experience.
- Develop, improve, implement, and maintain procedures and systems compliant with TS16949.
- Plan and facilitate registration and surveillance audits with external auditors.
- Develop and execute internal audit schedule.
- Train, and develop internal auditors.
- Develop and maintain a Layered Process Audit system and standardize work audit system.
- Develop and maintain Poke Yoke and red rabbit system.
- Maintain monthly KOI for internal audit and LPA and report to senior management.
- Upkeep ETQ.
- Develop, improve, and maintain the Hold cage.
- Provide issue resolution and customer liaison support for service issues.
