– Oversee all engineering-related functions concerning the design, development, application, and integration of products.
– Ensure adherence to the company’s Quality Policy by maintaining precise and complete Bills of Materials for each product and efficiently managing engineering modifications.
– Guide the Engineering team by applying established best practices and following the company’s Quality Procedures.
– Facilitate regular product design reviews, involving relevant team members from various departments as needed.
– Apply structured problem-solving methods (e.g., DMAIC, PDCA) to manage the entire lifecycle of the company’s products.
– Minimize product risks by implementing the DFMEA process.
– Provide support to Integrated Product Teams (IPT).
– Approve technical drawings.
– Assist the Business Development team in new business opportunities, including testing/validation, feasibility assessments, cost estimation, and proposal development.
– Act as the primary technical authority, showcasing comprehensive expertise in the company’s products during interactions with both internal and external stakeholders
