Principal Duties:

– Oversees resource planning and allocation for the project.

– Enforces quality control standards and reports on project status.

– Manages project lifecycle, including planning, monitoring, and documentation.

– Ensures timely delivery of all project components within the defined scope.

– Engages in proactive communication with stakeholders on project progress.

– Identifies and mitigates potential risks and obstacles.

– Utilizes project management tools and methodologies for documentation and tracking.

– Resolves any conflicts regarding facilities, equipment, and resources.

– Oversees project financials, including cost control, profitability, and metrics reporting.

– Cultivates supplier relationships to meet project demands.

– Manages client expectations to foster additional business opportunities.
