Core Responsibilities:

– Direct and bolster the HR team to deliver exemplary service to all employees and manage HR-related initiatives.

– Enhance and sustain HR strategies, including but not limited to Employee Relations, Talent Management, Onboarding, Training and Development, and Compensation and Benefits.

– Mentor management on various aspects including Leadership, Organizational Development, and Team Building.

– Analyze and present data trends, managing continuous improvement projects and reporting on their progress.

– Design equitable compensation and salary programs to ensure fairness across all levels.

– Safeguard the confidentiality and accuracy of employee information.

– Contribute to annual business planning, managing the department’s budget to meet organizational goals.

– Keep communication lines open across all levels through various channels.

– Support and possibly lead initiatives like the Fairness Committee Program and manage the performance review cycle.

– Ensure timely response to employee feedback, maintaining a balanced approach to positive and constructive feedback.

– Lead the Employee Opinion Survey and action planning process, seeking ways to boost productivity through better integration of resources.

– Propose improvements in work practices, safety measures, and methodologies aligned with continuous improvement principles.
