Key Responsibilities:
· Oversees and supports MES, shipping, and customer communication systems.
· Manages and configures Windows Servers, client systems, networks, and related hardware.
· Provides support for software applications like Microsoft Office, Outlook, and SAP.
· Handles SQL report creation and database maintenance.
· Maintains hardware such as servers, PCs, printers, and barcode equipment.
· Implements system and software updates in line with company protocols.
· Manages the help desk system, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
· Administers antivirus software, web filtering, and network security measures.
· Ensures effective data backup solutions and disaster recovery plans.
· Manages collaborative tools like SharePoint and group email systems.
· Promotes and enforces safety and health policies, including regular inspections.
