Job Responsibilities:
– Create and refine PowerPoint presentations, leave-behinds, and handouts for client meetings and interviews.
– Contribute to the tracking and management of potential opportunities.
– Organize and partake in strategy sessions.
– Represent the firm in pre-proposal gatherings and post-discussion debriefings when necessary.
– Provide support to business development and marketing initiatives.
– Maintain and update marketing department databases and documentation, including resumes, project portfolios, photos, references, licenses, certifications, project history, etc.
– Develop, coordinate, write, and edit responses to solicitations, RFQs, RFPs, ensuring a blend of thorough research, technical content, graphics, page layout, and design.
– Collaborate with leaders across various departments to compile materials, overseeing the proposal process from inception to delivery.
– Critically review solicitations, SOQs, RFQs, RFPs, ensuring content is free of errors and complies with specified requirements.
Communication Skills:
Candidates must possess superior project and time management capabilities, with a keen focus on detail and organizational efficiency. Proficiency in writing, editing, and proofreading is crucial, coupled with the ability to juggle multiple tasks, deadlines, and assignments simultaneously.
Qualifications:
– A Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Humanities, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
