Our client is a tier-1 automotive manufacturer that is seeking a full-time Maintenance Manager. The Maintenance Manager oversees the company’s equipment and maintenance operations, including scheduling and prioritizing repairs, allocating resources to projects, and ensuring timely resolution of equipment issues. Maintain accurate inventory records and supervise equipment returns and condition assessments.

Responsibilities:

– Coordinate the daily management of the company’s internal energy systems and pipelines.

– Evaluate and oversee the execution of energy and pipeline network plans, aligning with the production schedule.

– Assess and supervise updates to the energy and pipeline networks based on production requirements.

– Manage the recording of fixed assets in the company’s registry.

– Develop and maintain plans for equipment asset management.

– Examine requests for the disposal of equipment assets, considering their condition.

– Regularly perform and document inventory checks of equipment assets.

– Oversee the approval process for the distribution and use of equipment assets.

– Be involved in choosing equipment types and conducting quality checks upon their acquisition.

– Engage in the selection and procurement of new equipment.

– Handle the installation and initial troubleshooting of new machinery.

– Plan and execute maintenance activities for equipment, particularly during operational downtimes.

– Design and implement proactive maintenance strategies, monitoring equipment post-maintenance.

Qualifications:

– Minimum 8 years in a large manufacturing environment, with 5 years in management roles.

– Experience in the automotive industry is advantageous.

– Proficiency in industrial engineering, production management, and knowledge of plastic product technology.

– Strong skills in hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.

– Experience with robotics and operational principles of machinery.

– Capability in equipment management, maintenance, and operational oversight.

– Competence in conducting risk assessments and creating control plans for production.

– Proficient in Office, Auto-Cad, and other relevant software.

– Excellent management skills and service orientation.

– Responsibility for internal energy supply and pipeline infrastructure management.

– Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Machinery.
