Quality Manager

Responsibilities:

·        Develop and implement quality assurance protocols to ensure compliance with customer and industry standards

·        Manage and guide the Quality Department Team to maintain consistent quality and reduce defects

·        Oversee product inspections and ensure they meet company standards and customer specifications

·        Conduct First Article Inspection (FAI) documentation

·        Ensure OSP suppliers adhere to customer specifications and industry standards

·        Manage NCR (Non-Conformance Reporting) and CAR (Corrective Action Reporting)

·        Collaborate with project managers to meet project quality requirements within set timeframes and budgets

·        Drive continuous improvement activities, including kaizen initiatives
