To possess the core competencies and behavior of a senior level sales manager including: Identifying customer needs, articulating our service offerings and capabilities, closing sales, maintaining strong customer relationships, and guiding sales professionals.
Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Business Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration,
Production Engineering or comparable technical studies with at least 5 years’ of experience in manufacturing.
Proven talent in sales and communication ideally coupled with prior technical sales experience for complex software solutions (ex. MES / MOM / SAP / ERP) or supply-chain processes in the manufacturing industry.
Metrics- and result- driven; highly disciplined self-organization and leadership, process and orientation
Confident, driven and articulate in both person and via webinar.
Solid sales skills including persuasion, strategic forecasting, complex negotiation and closing skills, relationship management, ability to overcome objections, and dexterity in thinking and reacting on your feet.
Technical know-how that lets you solve problems efficiently and ambition that lets work and succeed in a target driven environment.
Fluency in English is a must, other foreign languages (i.e. Spanish, German,) are a plus.
Travel within the Americas expected at 50%.
